Since 1975, TOTE Services has provided full technical management and partial management/ crewing services for nearly one hundred vessels of various sizes and configurations.

Seagoing Positions

Qualified seagoing applicants must possess a valid unlimited tonnage United States Coast Guard (USCG) Merchant Mariners Credential with applicable STCW95 endorsements, valid United States Passport, United States Transportation Worker Identification Card, and drug-free certification.

Please note that all vessels currently under our management are manned exclusively by members of the American Maritime Officers Union (AMO) and Seafarers International Union (SIU). You must be a current member or applicant of AMO / SIU to be considered for employment.

Wind Vessel Program Manager BD & New Construction

This position is responsible to TOTE Services for the project management, supervision, and sustaining the relationships that drive us towards constructing unique vessels within the wind industry. The right candidate will develop, strengthen, and maintain relationships with external and internal partners. Oversight includes all personnel and tasks assigned to the project(s) including the shipyard subcontractor and outside teaming partners.

Port Engineer

Responsible for the management and supervision of every aspect of MARAD vessels while they are in Port and dry-dock, including providing direction to all shipyard and repair vendor personnel engaged in vessel repairs. Oversees installation and repair of marine power plants, propulsion systems, heating and ventilating systems, and other mechanical and electrical equipment in ships and marine facilities by performing the following duties:
