JOB SUMMARY Perform general office and clerical functions to process input of required data into the maintenance database system.  Monitors equipment location and assist with performing physical inventory of equipment on the island. Also responsible for preparing periodic maintenance reports for maintenance management use. Handles departmental phone calls and oversees creation and maintenance of department files and records. Resolves routine inquiries.EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalentEXPERIENCE: Two year general office and clerical work.LICENSE: Valid Local Driver’s License.TRAVEL: N/A
