Merchandising Manager

Job Summary

As the Merchandising Manager for Minit Stop Convenience Stores, your role involves overseeing the continuous flow of product procurement, retail space placement, and supply chain control of items used for retail and food service in all Minit Stop C-Stores locations.

In this role, you are in charge of ensuring all Minit Stop retail outlets are properly supplied with products to properly service our customers with their convenience needs.

Suitability for Position

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate an in depth understanding of supply chain management from procurement of items needed in the day-to-day running of Minit Stop C-Stores, an understanding of Category Management, to the timely and routine delivery of goods through strong vendor relationships. This position requires computer proficiency and ability to work with merchandising software, and a professional level of financial literacy to understand and maximize optimization of company profitability through varying market changes.
