Customer Svc Representative – Trinidad

JOB SUMMARY
Acts as a liaison between sales representative and customers.  Quotes rates, assists with bookings, follows-up on customer complaints, traces cargo, initiates FCNs, releases documents on southbound/inter-island shipments and responds in a timely manner to customer inquires.  Researches, follows up and maintains current customer accounts.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Three years work experience in Sales, Customer Service or Traffic.
LICENSE: Valid Local Drivers License.
TRAVEL: N/A
