About the Position


We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image as part of the company team. 


  • You’ll report to the Director of Sales and Operations in our Kennewick, WA location, focusing on these key responsibilities: 
  • Assist in inventory management of products with month-end count, ordering, shipping and receiving to other plants and non-local customers.
  • Organize deliveries.
  • Smoothly answer and operate phone system, communicating with customers in a professional manner. 
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers or suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Perform data entry of delivery tickets, work orders and other account information as needed.
  • Perform various clerical functions, including copying, printing, filing, sending/receiving/distributing documents. 
  • Accept and process payments.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft products, and the ability to learn new programs.
  • Recent telephone/receptionist and or customer service experience.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to sit for long periods.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
  • Work in moderate noise levels.
  • Work with minimum supervision.
