Job Summary
Hawaii Petroleum is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Warehouse Associate to support our operations in Kona, Hawaii. This role assists customers in person and by phone, supports inventory management, performs tank gauging and lubricant deliveries and helps maintain our warehouse, cardlock and office facilities.

What You Will Do
- Assists walk-in customers with HFN, Lube purchases and deliveries.
- Conduct weekly tank gauging and warehouse inventory.
- Assist in office, warehouse and HFN cardlock duties.
- Handles routine customer problems and serves as an interface between the company and customer.
- Answers phones and take lube orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized and professional warehouse environment.
- Complete and participate in ongoing company-related trainings, reviews, shop procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Follow all Company’s rules of conduct, policies and procedures and comply with Federal, State, and Local safety, health and environmental regulations.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education, Experience and Requirements
- Seeking Candidates 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Possess a current and valid Type 3 Driver’s License.
- Must be able to drive and operate a forklist.
- Work independently and cooperatively with team and have physical stamina to handle long hours in various environments and conditions.
- Ability to safely lift, move and deliver heavy loads up to 40 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times, climb ladders and perform other physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Operate work related technology including company issued computers, tablets and/or a Smart Phone with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365 email and applications.
- Must be open to a flexible work schedule including weekends, morning and afternoon shifts, on-call responsibilities, and after-hours emergency cardlock support.
