JOB SUMMARYSpots and picks up empty and loaded containers within the Miami and West Palm Beach area and other South Florida areas.EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalentEXPERIENCE: Five years verifiable experience driving over-the-road equipment, and two years verifiable experience working LTL freight.LICENSE: ICC and DOT certification and DOT physical. Valid Local Driver’s License. Class A, CDL with doubles/triples, HAZMAT and tanker endorsements.TRAVEL: 100% Travel to local Tropical locations.
This position is primarily responsible for driving diesel-powered trucks to transport and deliver products and materials in liquid, loose, or packaged form. Candidate will drive tractor with two trailers hitched in tandem (doubles) and may be required to haul hazardous materials.
