This position is primarily responsible for acting as a liaison between dock personnel and other departments when freight issues and/or discrepancies arise. Essential Duties · Operate safely and in compliance with all established HSSE policies and procedures · Responsible for the efficient and effective handling of all freight within assigned area of responsibility · Will coordinate, troubleshoot, and expedite any issues that occur on the dock for internal/external customers. · Oversees dock workers and leads, providing work direction, mentorship, development, and training.
