JOB SUMMARY Provides support to the Sales Representative and Island Manager as a liaison between customers and various departments within Tropical.  Provides customers with the highest level of service and customer care through resolution of problems, prompt responses to inquiries, initiation of Freight Correction Notices, accurate rate quotes, cargo release, logging and the follow-up customer complaints.  Prints Bills of Lading.  Obtain documents for outbound shipments, coordinate filing of Shipper Export Documents (SEDs) and prepare Freight Correction Notices (FCNs).  Assist with release of cargo functions and file damage cargo claims.EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalentEXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year experience in office or clerical operations.LICENSE: Valid Local Driver’s License.TRAVEL: N/A
