JOB SUMMARY Responsible for managing, organizing and motivating assigned sales team to achieve premium pricing and enhancement of bottom line profit for the company.   Solicits business from assigned high-priority accounts.   Requires advanced selling skills to enhance the customer’s supply chain effectiveness with convenient and reliable transportation  solutions.  Strives to exceed yearly budgetary targets.EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or in a related fieldEXPERIENCE: Three years experience in sales management.  Five years experience in the transportation industry.LICENSE: Valid Local Driver’s License and Valid PassportTRAVEL: 20% travel to domestic Tropical locations and 15% to international locations.

Sales Representative – St.Maarten

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for servicing and maintaining existing customer base and identifying profitable opportunities for new business. Evaluates customer’s needs and makes recommendations to ensure premium pricing and enhancement of bottom line profit.  Requires selling skills to enhance the customer’s supply chain effectiveness with convenient and reliable transportation solutions and strives to exceed yearly budgetary targets.EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in a related fieldEXPERIENCE: Three years direct sales experience.  Two years transportation industry experience.LICENSE: Valid Local Driver’s License and valid PassportTRAVEL: Constant travel to customer base and 20% travel to other Tropical locations

Operations Coordinator- ST. Maarten

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for tracking all of Tropical’s equipment moving both  in and out of the port, maintain inventory, and generate reports to be sent to regional office.EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalentEXPERIENCE: One to three years experience with equipment monitoring and control.LICENSE: Valid Local Driver’s License.TRAVEL: N/A
