Driver Trainee Program
CityServiceValcon is looking for motivated individuals ready to jumpstart a reliable, rewarding career in the trucking industry — no college required!
Through our Driver Trainee Program, you’ll get:
- Paid Time to Study for your Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and Hazardous Materials (HazMat) exams (up to three months)
- All Certification Costs Covered – including CDL and medical exams
- On-the-Job Training in multiple roles:
- Customer Service Representative
- Service Technician
- One-on-One Training as a Fuel Delivery Driver
Hands-On Experience in a trade that fuels your community – literally!
Driver Trainees start at $18/hour while gaining experience and certifications.
Age Requirements to Know
- You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Montana CDL and drive a commercial vehicle within the state.
- You must be 21 or older to drive across state lines and/or transport hazardous materials.
- Until you meet age requirements, you’ll spend your time in on-the-job training, building experience and learning all aspects of the business.
Long-Term Commitment, Real Career Growth
The Driver Trainee Program can take up to 3 years to complete, depending on your age.
