JOB SUMMARY Prints customer releases, customs manifests, ship manifests, load lists and  Bill of Lading recaps for all incoming vessels.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-Print customer releases, customs manifests, ship manifests, load lists and BL recaps for all incoming vessels. -Prepare Bill of Lading and attaching necessary documents such as customer release, Customs form, extra copies and invoices. -Notify customers of cargo arrival and availability.  Administer renotification of customer and shipper for overdue cargo.-Assist customers, answer inquiries related to freight and cargo tracking.-Separate Bill of Lading for filing purposes by vessel and voyage.  Prepare folders for each voyage and file all Bill of Ladings. -Make copies of container manifest and forward copies to appropriate areas.-Print customer releases, separate gold copies from all Less than Container shipments and provide warehouse with container manifest.-Print Customs manifest, distribute to U.S. Customs Department of Agriculture, traffic department, cargo release and equipment control.-Collect freight charges on all shipments shipped freight "collect". -Perform other duties as requested.EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent.EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience in related field. LICENSE: Valid Local Driver's License.TRAVEL: N/A
