Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the team during the assigned shift.
- Coordinate daily operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Assign tasks and verify their execution with efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Support training, motivation, and development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Solve operational issues with initiative, dynamism, and a sense of urgency.
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors and management regarding operational status.
- Adapt to changing situations and perform well under pressure.
- Be available to assist in different shifts, locations, or tasks when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience leading teams in warehouse or logistics environments.
- Knowledge of loading, unloading, inventory, and materials handling processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scanning systems, etc.).
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Availability to work rotating or extended shifts as needed by operations.
