The OS/Cook reports directly to the Master.The OS/Cook duties include but are not limited to the following:

·         Comply with the
Company’s MS requirements related to the position.

·        Maintaining personal hygiene at the highest level.

·        Planning well balanced nutritional meals within company guidelines for controlling costs.

·        Maintaining sanitary galley conditions at all times.

·        Maintaining adequate inventories.

·        Using approved company procedures to order food and supplies under the Master’s direction.

·         Reporting problems with vendor services.

·         Perform the duties of a Crewmember.
