Job Summary
As an Accounting Clerk III, you would be responsible for overseeing and completing more difficult and complex clerical accounting work. Through a combination of knowledge and experience, the Accounting Clerk III carries out regular daily accounting tasks such as the handling of, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, revenue collection and cash management.
As part of the accounting team, this role works both independently and as part of a larger team where working with individuals in varying departments is required to complete goals and make deadlines.
Suitability for Position
To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated and possess an ability to lead other team members in basic accounting principles if called upon. The ideal person in this role is someone with the ability to thrive in a structured, fast paced work environment all while demonstrating a professional and senior approach to the accounting clerk role.
Other characteristics of the ideal person for this role include the ability to show strong organizational skills, pay close attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently whilst paying strict attention to Company policy, rules and standards including industry specific safety regulations.
