Position Summary: 

Provides customer information and sells NAC products both on the phone and in person Quotes rates. First line leader for customer service agents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working lead responsible for performing all assigned tasks while being the first line of supervision for Customer Service Agents.
  • Provides leadership to Customer Service Agents and insures employees are always working in a safe and productive manner.
  • Provides customer information and sells NAC products both on the phone and in person.
  • Quotes rate, executes air bills, tracks shipments, and arranges pick up or delivery of freight.
  • Handles cash shipments and maintains a balanced cash drawer.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Six months related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Must be able to interact well with customers.
  • Must be able to type accurately and use a ten key.
  • Regular attendance and shift work is required.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, 5-year background check, 10-year criminal history check and security threat assessment.
