Job Summary:
This position reports to the Assistant Operations Manager. This role is responsible for managing the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods to ensure accurate and efficient inventory control. Key duties include creating and maintaining SOPs, implementing warehouse management system (WMS), maintaining customer and vendor rates, and preparing reports to optimize warehouse operations.

Acting as the MLC, Naniq is able to capture incremental profit and deepen relationships with shippers – all to the benefit of the partnered MLC.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
- Creates and maintains SOP’s.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize storage solutions and streamline operations.
- Maintains customer and vendor rates.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, inventory and order fulfillment rate to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with transportation companies, other vendors and internal departments to resolve any shipping or receiving issues, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Warehouse management system (WMS) and inventory troubleshooting.
- Escort support for on-site client visits.
- Liaison for top-tier accounts.
- Supports freight team as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a customer service oriented, friendly, helpful, and professional disposition.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced and always changing environment.
- Must have the ability to manage people effectively.
- Must have strong influence management skills.
- Excellent organization, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills required.
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Must be able to pass a background check for required badging.
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work effectively under a minimum level of supervision in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) required for email and customer reports.
- Must be able to demonstrate a consistent capability of working cooperatively with others in a team environment.
- High school diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:
Work is performed in an office setting with the ability to speak and receive phone communications often. Work requires computer usage with strength, dexterity, coordination, and visual acuity to use keyboard and video display terminal and other office equipment. Moderate travel required to shareholder communities, subsidiary offices and other locations as needed.
Working Conditions:
Office, Warehouse environment, remote and in-person, interior and exterior settings, intermittent noise, travel.
