Carlile Transportation is seeking a safety-focused, reliable, and experienced Line Haul Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and safely across long distances while upholding Carlile’s commitment to operational excellence and safety.

What You’ll Do
- Safely operate commercial vehicles over long distances
- Transport freight in compliance with DOT and company regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Communicate with dispatch and operations teams
- Adhere to all HSSE policies and procedures
- Ensure timely and damage-free deliveries
- Respond effectively to weather, traffic, and road conditions
What We’re Looking For
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
- Clean driving record with a strong safety focus
- Ability to operate in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and time management skills
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- $32.50 – $39.50/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- +$5.00/hour location differential
- Additional difficult-to-fill differentials may apply

Working Environment
This role involves frequent work in outdoor conditions, including extreme cold, snow, ice, rain, and wind.
