Job SummaryThe Business Intelligence Analyst develops and maintains reporting and analytics solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making. This role partners with business stakeholders to analyze data, create dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that improve performance, efficiency, and business results.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Develops, maintains, and enhances Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support operational and leadership decision-making.
Gathers, documents, and analyzes business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments.
Translates business needs into reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions.
Creates and maintains data models, calculations, and measures using Power BI and related technologies.
Performs data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, operational risks, and performance drivers.
Ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of business intelligence reporting.
Monitors and troubleshoots reporting issues, data refresh failures, and system discrepancies.
Partners with Information Technology and business units to resolve data quality concerns.
Provides recurring operational, financial, and performance reporting to leadership teams.
Supports strategic initiatives through ad hoc reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Presents analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Maintains reporting standards, documentation, and data governance practices.
Supports user training and adoption of business intelligence tools and reporting solutions.
Qualifications
Education (Minimum)Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field preferred.
Experience (custom)Three (3) years of experience in business intelligence, business analysis, reporting, data analytics, or related field.
LicenseValid Local Driver’s License and Valid Passport.
Travel10% travel to both domestic and international Tropical locations.
PhysicalOffice Environment – Manual dexterity to perform repetitive motion tasks on computer. Ability to bend or stoop to retrieve lower shelf files. Ability to reach overhead to retrieve upper shelf files. ability to sit 1/3 – 2/3 of day. Ability to travel in various modes of transportation (e.g. automobile, airplane, train etc..) Occasionally exposed to outside elements during the course of traveling.
