JOB SUMMARY Responsible for purchasing parts, materials, services and equipment at the lowest total cost of ownership consistent with quality, quantity and specifications. Negotiates critical purchasing and maintenance contracts with external vendors. Trains Buyers on purchasing functions and assists with purchasing assignments.
