Job Summary:
You will support the Honolulu team by coordinating key personnel and facility functions. Your role ensures smooth onboarding, efficient travel logistics, and compliance with airport security requirements. You will also help maintain a safe, well-functioning workspace.

Naniq Global Logistics is a third-party logistics company dedicated to providing the most innovative solutions for the Multinational Logistics Corporations (MLCs) we serve. We enable the MLC to deepen customer relationships by applying our expertise across many verticals (ocean, air, road, final mile, etc.). Through our vast network of contacts and partners, we offer a buffet of complex services that most MLCs are unable to easily offer on their own. Acting as the MLC, Naniq is able to capture incremental profit and deepen relationships with shippers – all to the benefit of the partnered MLC.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hiring and Onboarding Support
- Assist managers with job postings and interview scheduling
- Collect and track new hire paperwork and documents
- Coordinate background checks and drug screens
- Ensure onboarding processes are completed on time
- Airport Badging
- Guide employees through the airport badging process
- Schedule badging appointments and follow up on approvals
- Track badge renewals and compliance
- Training Coordination
- Schedule required training for new and current employees
- Maintain training records and certifications
- Support managers in ensuring all team members stay current on training
- Travel and Logistics
- Arrange employee travel, lodging, and ground transport
- Manage booking changes and updates as needed
- Track travel expenses and ensure policy compliance
- Facility Support
- Act as a point of contact for facility-related needs
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
- Maintain office supplies and organize shared spaces
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, admin, or logistics support
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and basic tracking tools
- Knowledge of airport badging, HR, and logistics operations is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time, stepping in and out of tractor cabs, hand-eye coordination, and good vision. Occasionally exposed to bright or dim lighting conditions, whole-body vibration when driving the truck.
