Summary

The Administrative Lead plays a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency and administrative coordination of the StratAir operation. Individual is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative functions, managing internal communications, supporting leadership, and ensuring compliance with StratAir policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics and aviation environment.

Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative operations.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications between departments and leadership.
• Maintain and update internal records, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Communicating with our customer and employees in a professional manner.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with StratAir policies, safety procedures, and cargo aviation regulations.
• Supervise or assist with the training and coordination of admin staff as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in logistics, aviation, or operations-based environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Flexibility with work schedule
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Bilingual preferred, not required
Working Conditions:
• Office environment within an active logistics/aviation operation/warehouse.
• Occasional standing or walking through operational areas may be required.
