Job Title: SA Lead Warehouse
Responsibilities:

Leadership & Supervision:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse team members.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance to ensure productivity goals are met.

Operations Management:
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Ensure proper handling and organization of inventory to maximize space utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and report discrepancies.

Compliance & Safety:
- Enforce adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the warehouse environment meets health and safety standards.
- Train team members on proper equipment usage and safety protocols.

Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements and implement best practices.
- Work with management to streamline workflows and optimize processes.

Communication & Reporting:
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.

- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred in logistics or related field).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with leadership responsibilities.
- Certification in forklift operation or equipment handling (a plus).
