Job Title: SA Lead Warehouse

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Supervision:

    • Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse team members.
    • Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance to ensure productivity goals are met.
  2. Operations Management:

    • Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
    • Ensure proper handling and organization of inventory to maximize space utilization.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory and report discrepancies.
  3. Compliance & Safety:

    • Enforce adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
    • Conduct routine inspections to ensure the warehouse environment meets health and safety standards.
    • Train team members on proper equipment usage and safety protocols.
  4. Process Improvement:

    • Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements and implement best practices.
    • Work with management to streamline workflows and optimize processes.
  5. Communication & Reporting:

    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
    • Generate reports on inventory levels, shipments, and performance metrics.

Experience & Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred in logistics or related field).
