SA Lead Warehouse Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the team during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate daily operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Assign tasks and verify their execution with efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Support training, motivation, and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Solve operational issues with initiative, dynamism, and a sense of urgency.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors and management regarding operational status.
• Adapt to changing situations and perform well under pressure.
• Be available to assist in different shifts, locations, or tasks when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience leading teams in warehouse or logistics environments.
• Knowledge of loading, unloading, inventory, and materials handling processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scanning systems, etc.).
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Availability to work rotating or extended shifts as needed by operations.
