Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse employees
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping,  Build up and break down cargo
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular training sessions for warehouse staff to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Address and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance and productivity

 

Requirements:

  • Spanish and English
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Emails, Systems)
  • Experience in warehouse operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Decision making and Problem-solving skills,
  • Have been with the company for more than 6 months
  • Have no disciplinary sanctions
