The Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll work closely with the Director of Sales to implement strategic sales plans, nurture client connections, and uphold our company's standards of excellence.

As a member of the team, you will:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Collaborate to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and expand market share.
  • Compellingly present our products and services, highlighting their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and partners, addressing their needs and building trust.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive developments to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Analyze sales metrics and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Overcome objections and close deals, converting leads into committed customers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to uphold integrity and mitigate risks.

We require that you have:

  • Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the Director of Sales.
  • Basic understanding of the petroleum and lubricant industry,(cardlock a bonus), with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in relevant areas.
  • Strong social skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and external partners.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and expertly.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to run tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality work and upholding company standards.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
