Description
The Sr. Maintenance Manager reports to the Director of Maintenance and is responsible for providing overall administration of all Line Maintenance Activities, and over site on ATO contracts; coordinates with the respective carriers to review training requirements to ensure the work requested is within the scope of ATO’s capabilities.

2. Responsible to the Director of Maintenance for the implementation and procedural enforcement of Aloha Air Cargo’s (AAC) and AAC Maintenance Department policies and procedures.
3. Ensures proper distribution of manpower for work performance efficiency
4. Plans and directs the day-to-day Line Maintenance and contract maintenance operations. Ensure that work is performed in an effective manner so as to achieve maximum utilization of manpower
5. Provides Director of Maintenance with long-range capital expenditure forecasts of Maintenance needs to sustain the Line maintenance and ATO contracts.
6. Accountable for the morale and welfare of personnel assigned to his/her section and is responsible for fair equitable treatment for all employees in the company.
7. Assist in the preparation of budgetary requirements to sustain a profitable Line Maintenance and ATO operation.
8. Responsible for the determination of aircraft maintenance requirements for safety of flight continuation and/or ground aircraft due to maintenance problem indications associated with Contract Maintenance.
9. Assist in the development of policies and implements procedures to be followed by all personnel performing contract maintenance.

Job Requirements
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• High school equivalency.
• Four years college and basic computer skills preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and A&P license.
• At least 5 years management experience and 8+ years aircraft maintenance experience.
• Must be familiar with FAR 145 Repair Station and FAR 121 Air Carrier Operations.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts. Able to travel to other locations and stay overnight as needed.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
COMPENSATION
This position has a starting salary range of $91,555.00 to $110,000.00 per year.
