Responsibilities:

1. Attendance Control and Scheduling:

o Supervise and manage the attendance of the administrative staff.

o Create and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during all shifts.

Operation Direction and Coordination:

o Coordinate and direct the operational activities of the administrators, supervising the correct execution of the scanning process and system functionality.

o Identify areas of opportunity to improve operational processes and optimize team performance.

Report Generation:

o Prepare and review detailed operational reports on administrative activities and the scanning process.

o Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and delivered within established deadlines.

Operational Problem Solving:

o Provide quick and effective solutions to any unforeseen situations or problems arising during administrative operations.

o Supervise the resolution of issues to ensure the process is not affected.

Internal and Client Communication:

o Maintain active, clear, and effective communication with the administration team.

o Provide relevant information to the client and maintain a smooth relationship, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed (via CHIME and AMZ APPS).

Conflict Management:

o Handle conflict situations, both operational and interpersonal, to prevent them from affecting team productivity or the quality of the operation.

o Resolve disputes in a professional and effective manner, ensuring a harmonious work environment.

Support and Teamwork:

o Provide support in other shifts if necessary, ensuring that operations continue smoothly and efficiently.

o Foster a collaborative spirit among team members and promote a proactive culture.

Pressure Management:

o Be able to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and ensuring that the expected level of productivity is maintained.

  1. Report any incidents in a timely manner.
  2. Follow management instructions, maintaining respectful and open communication.

  4. English Proficiency:
  • Have adequate English skills to communicate effectively with the team and clients who require it.
