Acting as the MLC, Naniq is able to capture incremental profit and deepen relationships with
shippers – all to the benefit of the partnered MLC.
JOB SUMMARY Responsible for providing support to Sales Representatives as needed through correspondence, rate quotes and service announcements to customers within the assigned sales territory. Acts as liaison between customers and various departments within Tropical to resolve sales related issues in an effort to assist the Sales Representative in maximizing customer satisfaction as well as enhancing the customer’s supply chain effectiveness with convenient and reliable transportation solutions. Within TLink, assigns new customers to a sales territory. Assists Sales Representative with maintaining customer-base within SFA/CRM.EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or in a related field, Marketing or Business AdministrationEXPERIENCE: Minimum one year general business experience.LICENSE: Valid Local Driver’s License and passport.TRAVEL: 20% local travel within sales territory and 5% travel to overseas ports.
JOB SUMMARY Services and maintains existing customer base and identifies profitable opportunities for new business. Customer base primarily consist of companies with multiple business lines. Evaluates customer’s needs and makes recommendations to ensure premium pricing and enhancement of bottom line profit for the company.EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or in a related fieldEXPERIENCE: Three years direct customer sales experience.LICENSE: Valid Florida Driver’s License; Valid PassportTRAVEL: Constant local travel to customer base and 20% travel to domestic and foreign company locations.Language: English and Spanish
