JOB SUMMARYSupervises Server Administration staff and ensures availability, performance and recoverability of servers, storage/SAN and associated operating systems and software.  Plans, directs and coordinates the design, testing, installation, support and connectivity of computer and network systems to ensure the secure and stable operation of the organization's IT assets.EDUCATION:    Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related fieldEXPERIENCE:    Five years experience managing and planning networks, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity.   Extensive technical knowledge of network and server-based systems.LICENSE:    Valid Local Driver's License and Valid PassportTRAVEL:    5% Travel to both domestic and international Tropical locations.PHYSICAL:    Office Environment - Manual dexterity to perform repetitive motion tasks on computer.  Ability to bend or stoop to retrieve lower shelf files.  Ability to reach overhead to retrieve upper shelf files.  ability to sit 1/3 - 2/3 of day.  Ability to travel in various modes of transportation (e.g. automobile, airplane, train etc..)  Occasionally exposed to outside elements during the course of traveling.
