B. JOB SUMMARY
Leads all Stockroom Coordinators overseeing the Receiving area, Storage and retrieval of inventory, Imports and Exports of purchased items from / to the islands, and Deliveries of purchased components to the departments and vessels. Ensures smooth daily import, export and inland operation. Responsible for inventory. Responsible for resolving/processing all discrepancies and overall cleanliness of warehouse and capital equipment.
C. JOB SCOPE
Supervises stockroom coordinators and senior stockroom coordinators
D. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates, monitors, distributes, transfers and replenishes inventory for Main, Marine and Island locations
Resolves all shipments with issues coming through the warehouse by working with buyers, vendors, and warehouse staff.
Issues inventory replenishment purchase orders for selected vendors.
Leads the warehouse team for the preparation and execution of annual physical inventory.
Performs and documents inventory adjustments in the system.
Provides back up to Materials Manager for handling inventory in PeopleSoft
Monitors fuel levels and runs usage reports and coordinates the resolution of technical issues with the fuel management system.
Coordinates the resolution of technical issues with fuel management system.
Conducts site safety assessments/ audits
Ensures weekly equipment inspections are completed.
Oversees the core returns going through the warehouse.
Performs all other related duties as requested.
E. MINIMUM EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Three years experience in warehouse industry
LICENSE: Local Driver’s License
TRAVEL: N/A
PHYSICAL: Manual dexterity to perform repetitive motion tasks on computer or handheld. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time up to 8 hours per day. Mobility required to oversee operations activities and to perform inspection duties. Ability to frequently twist, bend, reach, squat, climb, push/pull 50-100 pounds. Requires frequent independent lifting and manipulation of weights up to 80 lbs. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Knowledge of the receiving process and inventory controls.

Skills in operating computer with good knowledge in Word and Excel.
Skills in operating a fork-lift and pallet jack.
Ability to effectively read, interpret and prepare data in written form.
Skills in warehouse space utilization
Ability to resolve shipment discrepancies.
Skills in conflict resolution
