JOB SUMMARY Completes the day end vessel loading plan including supplying the Finals, Baplie and Dangerous Cargo Manifest (DCM) reports. Completes Baplie process for inbound and outbound vessel voyages which include closing vessels in XPS and N4, Arranges berthing windows for outport locations working directly with Port Managers to arrange labor and berthing times. Manages Vessel string and inventories at all port locations with current and future voyages based on cargo and empty equipment evacuations. Maintains and assigns POW’s ( Points of Work ) based on work assignments and crew availability working directly with the Operations managers. Reconciles inventories against T Link and ensures accuracy of both systems.
