Supports continuous integration and continuous delivery practices while improving operational efficiency, availability, and overall platform stability.Job ScopeNo Budgetary or Supervisory Responsibilities Must be able to work across application development teams, infrastructure platforms, and cloud environmentsPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities-Designs, builds, and maintains API and EDI integrations, including message mapping,transformation, validation, and exception handling. -Onboards and supports trading partners; document endpoints, message formats, and error-handling procedures; create partner-facing guides. -Implements and maintains EDI transactions and API resources supporting logistics workflows (e.g., orders, shipments, status updates, invoices). -Develops automated monitoring, alerting, and runbooks to improve reliability and mean-time-to-restore. -Collaborates with Business Analysts and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical specifications and test plans. -Performs root-cause analysis and corrective actions for integration defects; drive data-quality improvements and preventative controls. -Ensures security best practices for authentication, authorization, and data privacy in all integrations. -Collaborates with development and security teams to enforce approval workflows, secure deployments, and compliance controls within pipelines. -Creates and maintains release notes and deployment documentation.
