JOB SUMMARY Supervises the activities of receive locations.  Ensures all cargo is received and processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.  Maintains and develops productivity measures to support company business objectives.  Provides training and coordinates activities using T-lLnk and N-4 terminal operating system.  Ensures system functionality through audits and work flow checks.JOB SCOPESupervises non exempt employees.  Develops and administers department budgets.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupervises cargo receiving activities for both import and export and ensures established procedures are followed.  Provides training to department personnel as needed.Works in conjunction with government agencies such as Customs, Agriculture, and USDA to ensure their policies and procedures are followed.Provides performance feedback, documents issues, and administers disciplinary action in concert with Interchange Manager.  Performs annual Performance Reviews.
