Remove cargo from inventory once delivered to customer and scan proof of delivery into T-Link.2. Update and scan US Customs clearance documents into T-Link.3. Print cargo release document from T-Link for shipments paid and cleared for delivery.4. Print out turn report for all inbound freight in T-Link pending arrival.5. Update T-Link system with cargo location upon completion of stripping and update equipment activity.6. Prepare weekly cargo notification to customers for cargo in the warehouse.7. Receive cargo/vehicle and create new booking in T-Link for Northbound freight.8. Prepare loading manifest for outbound freight and prepare manifest in T-Link.9. Respond to all emails in a timely manner and customer inquiries regarding the shipping process.10. Notify Cargo Loss Prevention of damages, missing or misrouted cargo, and create Service IncidentReports (SIRS).11. Reconcile the weekly inventory with T-Link for cargo in the warehouse.12. Inform supervisor of warehouse issues and manpower shortages.13. Purge warehouse file every six months.14. Performs all other related duties as requested.
