Job SummaryDesigns, develops, and maintains logistics-focused business metrics and reporting solutions using Power BI. Works closely with stakeholders to define KPIs, create dynamic dashboards, and provide actionable insights. Supports user adoption through training and communication.Principal Duties and Responsibilities-Develops Power BI reports and dashboards based on operational KPIs.-Collaborates with departments to define and refine metrics.-Optimizes SQL queries and manages data models for reporting.-Promotes and trains users on BI tools and dashboards.-Customizes reports to department-specific needs.-Supports logistics data analysis and insights.-Collaborates on process improvement using data.-Recommends predictive analytics/AI solutions.-Maintains documentation and procedures.-Coordinates with IT on system integration and support.-Performs all other related duties as requested.Minimum Education, Certification, Experience and Physical RequirementsEducation and experience minimums can be substituted with any equivalent combination of training and experienceEducationBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldExperience3 years in systems analytics and reportingLicenseValid Local Driver’s License and Valid PassportTravel10% Travel to Tropical Shipping Port LocationsPhysicalOffice Environment – Manual dexterity to perform repetitive motion tasks on computer. Ability to sit 1/3 – 2/3 of day. Ability to travel in various modes of transportation (e.g. automobile, airplane, train etc..)
