Customer Service Representative (St. Thomas)

JOB SUMMARY Acts as a liaison between sales representative and customers.  Quotes rates, assists with bookings, follows-up on customer complaints, traces cargo, initiates FCNs, releases documents on southbound/inter-island shipments and responds in a timely manner to customer inquires.  Researches, follows up and maintains current customer accounts. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE: Three years experience in a related field required with experience in Sales, Customer Service or Traffic. LICENSE: Valid Local Driver’s License. TRAVEL: N/A PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Warehouse Coordinator (St. Thomas)

Equipment Control Operator (Tortola)

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the operation of the top lifter and jockey truck to facilitate vessel operations.  Interchange all containers in Port.  Maintain gate logs and update the company cargo tracking system.  Assist in stripping Less Than Container Load(LCL) cargo. Prepare demurrage bills.  Also responsible for the maintenance of the jockey truck and maintenance of the top lifter in the absence of the mechanic.C. Cargo Handling Specialist
